- 2 cups packed spinach
- ½ cup plain or vanilla dairy free yogurt , see note
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
- 10-12 ice cubes , see note
- ¼ cup vanilla protein powder , optional (see note)
- 1-2 dates , optional for added sweetness (see note)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter , optional (see note)
Instructions
- Place everything into a blender.
- Blend on low until thick and smooth, stop to scrape down sides along the way.
